Need a Blend Change?
We offer FREE blend changes!
If your needs change and a different blend is required, we'll send you a blender with the correct blend. When you receive your replacement blender just ship the old one back in the box. All you pay for is shipping the old blender back to us. This policy applies (get this!) even if you are not the original owner! Call our toll free number to get help with your blend change. Or you can e-mail Customer Service department.

Our Blender Exchange Policy
Need a new blend? Call our office and let us know that you'd like to change blends. We'll ship a blender to you ready for immediate installation. Enclosed with your replacement blender you'll get a shipping label to return your old blender. All you do is pack the old blender, use the enclosed shipping label and pay for the return shipping costs.

Would you like to upgrade?
Do you need to exchange your single blender for a double? If you need an upgraded blender we'll buy back the old blender for the amount you paid for it. Call our toll free number or e-mail Customer Service department to get the ball rolling on your upgrade.

You'll Get Free Hose Barbs!
We can install hose barbs on your Blender at no extra charge in the following sized: 1/4", 5/16, and 3/8". When you place your order let us know which hose barbs you'd like us to install.
