The McDantim Trumix™ Blender

McDantim, Inc. has specialized in on-site gas blending for 18 years with over 100,000 Trumix™ systems around the world. The heart of the Panel, our Blender is an anodized aluminum bodied precision instrument. Its components are made of brass, stainless steel and aluminum, and elastomers and plastics offering the greatest resistance to aging or corrosion in an atmosphere of N2 and CO2. The Blender has been engineered to be free of parts vulnerable to wear. As a result, the Blending Panel will give years and years of perfect service. TM100		TM100 & TM100HF Specifications Used for single blend long draw beer systems. Best for dispensing one style of beer. Blends CO2 and N2 to your specifications. Size: 9.5" wide (including mounting flanges x 10" high x 4.5" deep Hook-Up: Two inlet lines and one outlet line. Fittings: Panel comes with standard 1/4" female NPT fittings. Hose barbs available at no additional costs. Specify size: 1/4", 5/16", and 3/8". Accuracy and Flow Range: Maintains accuracy of +/- 2% of full scale or better within the flow range of .4 to 40 liters per minute (.85 to 85 cubic feet per hour). Standard Blender: Up to 15 kegs/hr. dispensed. High Flow Blender: Up to 30 kegs/hr. dispensed. Used for systems requiring only one blend of C02 and N2 that operate with higher than usual gas flow. Inlet Pressures: 55-150 psi, however, panel can be set to match any conditions. Blender tuned at inlet pressure of existing system. Standard 55 and 70 psi. Outlet Pressures: Adjustable outlet pressures of 0-60 psi. The maximum outlet pressure will always be 10 psi lower than the lowest inlet pressure. The panel can also be ordered with outlet pressure set to custom ranges.
TM100 - High Flow

TM200		TM200 & TM200HF Specifications Used for systems that dispense more than one type of beer requiring two separate blends of CO2 and N2. Size: 9.5" wide (including mounting flanges x 10" high x 4.5" deep Hook-Up: Two inlet lines and two outlet lines. Fittings: Panel comes with standard 1/4" female NPT fittings. Hose barbs available at no additional costs. Specify size: 1/4", 5/16", and 3/8". Beer Check with Adaptor and (optional) Leak Sensor		MV020 Beer Check with Adaptor MV022 Beer Check with Adaptor & Leak Sensor This revolutionary gas analyzer, manufactured by O2 Technologies, is a hand-held gas analyzer that accurately measures several combinations of gases and offers an optional Leak Sensor. The Beer Check can analyze: CO2 in N2 - Use to check mixed gas blends used in brewing and dispense. CO2 in Air - Use for Brewers who purge kegs and tanks with CO2. O2 in N2 - Use to check nitrogen generators and for purging kegs or tanks with nitrogen. Leak Sensor - The Beer Check is the only electronic Leak Sensor we have heard of that detects nitrogen leaks.
